RESIDENTIAL - Silverstar Home
For a home with a two-story deck in the Silverstar Community, we replaced the old, aged and weathered columns, with solid fir 8"x8" posts and reinforced the existing joists. With brand new extended concrete footings, the new structure provides ample support for the hot tub and their guests. The new design provides great structural integrity while offering a more modern, contemporary look for the homeowner.
RESIDENTIAL - Basement Renovation
This beautiful basement renewal included a partition wall with a double door, creating a private living space with an integrated kitchenette.
Darker base cabinets, lightening up towards the top, modern backsplash tile and under cabinet lighting complete the picture.

RESIDENTIAL - Condo Renovation
We took on a complete interior renovation for our client from Calgary.
After removing existing structures and levelling ceiling heights, we replaced the entire outdated interior with new components. The result, an open modern studio living concept. New state of the art lighting and kitchen design as well as a movable, custom built kitchen island brought life back to this dated condo.

COMMERCIAL - Cobs Bread
To match a previously renewed front, our goal was to provide convenience and safety to the Cobs Bread staff by renovating the production area for an efficient and seamless workflow. Old vinyl floors were removed and replaced with modern, high-quality epoxy floors while also installing new Corian countertops and takeout shelves.
RESIDENTIAL - Bathroom Renovation
Meeting the specific needs of our clients is one of the most rewarding parts of our daily work. Our team replaced an outdated tub with a new personalized shower. An easy step-over shower pan, dual sliding shower door and, 2 grab bars brought comfort and safety back to our customer's life.
